WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if a minor), hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Granary Run Revive 2026.

I am aware that participation in this event involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of personal injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, heat exhaustion, cardiac events, and other medical emergencies.

I hereby agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK — I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. MEDICAL FITNESS — I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for participation. I do not have any medical condition that would prevent my safe participation.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY — I release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all associated personnel from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation, including acts of negligence.

4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION — In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize event medical personnel to provide treatment and transport me to the nearest medical facility.

5. PHOTO RELEASE — I grant permission to the organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS — I agree to abide by all event rules, instructions from race officials, and applicable laws. Violation may result in disqualification.

By proceeding with registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated in this waiver.
